Full Citywide Survey Results Now Online

The City of Columbia Heights recently hired the Morris Leatherman survey company to conduct a scientific survey of the City's residents regarding public services, facilities, utilities, events, and other items important to the City and the community. The surveyors spoke with a random sample of 400 residents over three weeks in February 2022. Results were received in March. Survey results have a +/- 5% margin of error. 

The City also conducted its own online survey with questions inspired by the larger citywide survey. This survey asked additional open-ended questions. The online, opt-in survey was open for two weeks in February and was shared widely on social media for residents who wanted to provide their input but who didn't get a call from Morris Leatherman. The survey received responses from 255 current residents of Columbia Heights. Because this was an online, non-scientific survey, the margin of error is not calculable.
