NEW this Fall - School Break Enrichment Activities: Spark-Y Youth Action Labs, Clay 'N Play, and Art Ninja, Yoga & Wellness After School, and Volleyball Skills Intro Classes for boys and girls.
Note - We are always looking for volunteer coaches and paid referees for youth athletics.
Adult Programs: Adult Aerobics, Total Body Conditioning, Tae Kwon Do, Stompin at the Hall exercise, and Crochet.
