The City of Columbia Heights is studying future redevelopment possibilities for Medtronic's vacant Sullivan Lake Campus that went on the Market in December 2022. The 12-acre site at 800 53rd Ave NE is currently zoned for commercial use. In order to optimize redevelopment, other types of zoning are being explored in alignment with City goals.
