Active Agers 50+/Seniors
Available to Senior Citizens and people with disabilities. Forms are prepared by trained Anoka County RSVP volunteers (Retired Senior and Volunteer Program).
The volunteers will be available in-person at Murzyn Hall in Columbia Heights on June 29, 2023 from 1 to 4 pm.
You must bring the following:
- 2022 Federal Form 1040 and MN income tax form OR records showing your 2022 total household income.
- Copy of 2021 M1PR - Homestead Credit Refund and Renter's Property Tax Refund Form
- Homeowners: Bring your 2023 Real Estate Tax Statement
- Renters: Bring your 2022 Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP). Renters are to receive the form by Jan 31, 2023.
Active Agers 50+ / senior Center
The Columbia Heights 50+ Senior Center is located on the lower level of John P. Murzyn Hall at 530 Mill Street. It provides a wide variety of educational, social, and recreational programs to individuals 50 years of age and older in the community. The 50+ Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The CH Active Agers current monthly newsletter and next month's monthly newsletter including the 50+ events calendar, informs individuals of programs, classes, day outings, and special events being offered at the 50+ Senior Center, Recreation Office, Library, and senior housing facilities.
