Utility Billing
Columbia Heights bills quarterly for utility charges which include water, storm sewer, garbage, recycling, and yard waste. A minimum charge provides water and sewer service. Additionally, water and sewer charges are based on water used and are billed at a rate per 1,000 gallons. For additional information on rates, see Resolution 2015-98.
All water meters are read every three months via RadioRead meters that were installed in most
homes in 1999.
