Pothole Patching Has Begun
Public Works crews are patching potholes where and when they can, but it's going to take time. Please be courteous when driving past work crews. For everyone's safety, drive slowly in work zones and obey signs. Expect some delays.
The City is mapping pothole locations and prioritizing streets with the highest traffic volume and tackling the largest potholes first.
You can notify Public Works of pothole locations by filling out the report-a-concern form online. You may also call (763) 706-3700 to report a pothole.
The extreme amount of snow we received this year on top of the prolonged freeze-thaw cycle makes this a particularly bad pothole season, though we probably don't have to tell you that. Compounding the issue, there's also a limited supply of hot-mix asphalt.
