Truck or Treat is Sat, Oct 29
Truck or Treat returns for its fifth year Sat, Oct 29, 1-4 pm, at Huset Park East! Kids and their parents can explore a variety of vehicles.
In addition to the organizations that provide their vehicles, Columbia Heights and its City departments will collaborate with community partners to help make the event possible.
Instead of receiving a bag of candy at the end of the event like in previous years, each vehicle station/community group will hand out candy for kids middle-school-aged and younger.
Make sure to stop by the welcome table to receive a bag for your candy when you arrive.
The recreation department will host Puppet Wagon shows at 1:30 and 3 pm. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume.
Healing Hearts Rescue will be hosting a pet costume contest at 2:30 pm. The winner will receive a gift card to Pet Central Animal Hospital.
Free hot cider and coffee on-site courtesy of Community Grounds, while supplies last.
Free face painting and airbrush tattoos.
