Community Art & Info Fair Is June 24!

The Community Art & Info Fair, formerly the Community Picnic, is Thu, June 24, 5 to 7:30 pm, at Huset Park West. Art & craft vendors will have booths along Mill St, while informational booths will be set up along the Huset Park West walking path. Along with the Community Art & Info Fair, the Jamboree Carnival gets underway at Huset Park East that evening.

**Art & Craft Vendors**
Over 30 art & craft vendors will be stationed along Mill St in front of John P. Murzyn Hall.

**Food & Beverages**
D’s Kitchen Food Truck, Rita’s Italian Ice, and Roberts’ BBQ will be selling food and beverages. Please bring cash or a credit card to purchase items. Attendees can obtain a ticket to redeem a free ice cream sandwich from Big Eagle Ice Cream, while supplies last.

**Information Booths**
Thirty informational booths will be in attendance with officials from City and community organizations. The booths will be located along the walking path at Huset Park West.

**Somali Dance Troupe Performance**
At 6 pm, the Somali Dance Troupe will be performing in the parking lot across the street from John P. Murzyn Hall.

**Henna Artist**
A henna artist will be at the Community Art & Info Fair. Attendees can purchase henna artwork for $10. Henna artists make designs using dye made from the foliage of the henna tree.

**COVID-19 Information**
The City of Columbia Heights asks attendees to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms. The Community Art & Info Fair will be held entirely outside this year. Masks are not required to attend, but we can encourage mask-wearing on each person’s comfort level. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be provided.

**Parking**
Due to food trucks and the Somali Dance Troupe Performance, please use parking behind John P. Murzyn Hall. Please note that part of Mill St will be closed to vehicles this year.
