Columbia Heights Police Photo Selected for National Museum in Washington DC

The National Law Enforcement Museum in Washington DC, which opened Oct 13, features a photo from Columbia Heights. Inside the museum's History of Law Enforcement in America exhibit is a photo of Columbia Heights Officer Greg Sinn talking to a group of students outside Highland Elementary School.

 

The production team that developed the exhibit became aware of the photo when they saw it in a 2015 Huffington Post article, “The Simple Strategies That Could Fundamentally Change How Communities View Their Police.”
