Bruce G. Nawrocki, former Mayor and City Council member of Columbia Heights, passed away on April 6, 2018. Bruce dedicated his life to the betterment of the city, and will forever be remembered and honored. During his nearly five decades of public service, Bruce Nawrocki was a steadfast advocate for residents and businesses in Columbia Heights. He will be dearly missed.

The City of Columbia Heights has been informed that both the visitation and funeral will be held at Washburn-McReavy, Columbia Heights Chapel. The visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, April 12th, and the funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 13th. Everyone is cordially invited for a post-funeral reception where lunch will be provided. The post-funeral reception will be held at Murzyn Hall located at 530 Mill Street NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421.
