Youth Gymnastics Program Instructor Assistant (Part-Time)
Primary Duties:
The Gymnastics Assistant is responsible for actively participating and assisting the Gymnastics Program Instructor to serve youth, 18 months and up. This position requires that the instructor and assistant must enforce regulations pertaining to the health and safety of all participants. The assistant will assist program instructor with all aspects of the gymnastics class: instruction, demonstrating movements, spotting participants, ensuring safety, and overall flow of the class.
Required Qualifications:
The candidate will have experience working with youth and pass a background check. The candidate must also have ability to positively interact with children and families, handle behaviors, first aid training a plus. Gymnastics or other athletic experience is a plus.
Length of Employment: Ongoing (8 week sessions throughout the seasons)
Pay Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, varies between 4pm-7pm
