Everyone is invited to attend a Coffee with a Cop event. Learn more about the Columbia Heights Police Department in a casual, approachable and comfortable atmosphere at these regular gatherings around town. The Coffee With a Cop monthly events kicked off the 2019 season with Tamales With a Cop at La Cocina de Cuco.
The next Coffee With a Cop gatherings will take place at the following times and locations:
-Fri, Aug 30, Cuts With a Cop at Moler Barber School, 6554 University Ave, Fridley, 10 am to 5 pm. Students can stop by and get a free haircut before the school year begins!
-Sat, Oct 26, Huset Park East as part of Truck or Treat, 1-4 pm
-Tue, Nov 12, St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, 825 51st Ave, from 5-6:30 pm
Coffee with a Cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together–over coffee and refreshments–to discuss issues and learn more about each other. The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve.
