Automatic Payment Plan
Payment is automatically deducted from your designated bank account on the due date. You will still receive a quarterly bill indicating the amount due and the date your payment will be deducted. There is no charge for this service and customers may cancel with written notification to the City of Columbia Heights at least 45 days before the next payment is to be deducted.
It’s easy to sign up:
Print, complete and return to us the Automatic Payment Plan authorization form or request a form from Utility Billing, (763) 706-3640.

Payments may be left in the Drop Box located just outside the Main Entrance at City Hall on Mill Street.
Visa, Mastercard, and Discover payments are accepted at our webstore.
Payments for utility bills are accepted at City Hall, 590 40th Avenue NE during regular business hours. Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.
