Anoka County Household Hazardous Waste Facility
The Anoka County Household Hazardous Waste Facility is free for Anoka County residents only--no businesses, organizations or schools. Residents must bring a photo ID. Visit the Anoka County website for materials accepted and instructions for safe transport of the product. All items should be left in original containers.

What to Bring to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility
Items accepted include acids, aerosol cans with product remaining, drain cleaner, driveway sealer, fluorescent bulbs, liquid paint, liquid mercury, mercury thermometers, motor oil, oven cleaner, paint stripper, paint thinner, pesticides, pool chemicals, stains, varnishes, and wood preservatives.

What Not to Bring to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility
Items not accepted include ammunition, appliances, batteries, dried paint, electronics, empty containers, medical wastes, radioactive wastes, railroad ties, and tires.  For disposal options of these unacceptable items visit the Anoka County website or call the Anoka County Integrated Waste Management Department at (763) 323-5730.
