Sunday through Thursday
- 15 years old and under: 10:00 pm to 5:00 am
- 16-17 years old: 11:00 pm to 5:00 am
Friday and Saturday
- 15 years old and under: 11:00 pm to 5:00 am
- 15-17 years old: 12:00 midnight to 5:00am
It is unlawful for a parent or guardian of a juvenile to knowingly, or through negligent supervision, permit the juvenile to be in any public place or establishment within the city during the hours prohibited. It is also unlawful for a proprietor of an establishment within the city to knowingly permit a juvenile to remain in the establishment's property during the hours. If the proprietor is not present at the time of the curfew violation, the responding officers shall leave written notice of the violation with an employee of the establishment. A copy of the written notice shall be served upon the establishment's proprietor personally or by certified mail.
Public data may be viewed or purchased during normal business hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at the Police Department. The department has up to 72 hours to respond to these requests. A document may be viewed at no cost. A fee of $0.25 per page is charged for any Incident Report or Accident Report released to a person(s) authorized to obtain the report(s). This charge is the minimum fee per report requested.
The owner of the vehicle must come to the Columbia Heights Police Department and provide proof of ownership, proof of current insurance, and a valid driver's license. Upon providing the above, the owner will be given a release form to take to Jeff’s Bobby and Steve’s Auto World. Remember, in order to keep storage costs at a minimum: claim the vehicle as soon as possible.
